Hi Doctor, I have uploaded 4 images. There is no burning, itching or pain. I think there may have been a bit of swelling but am not totally sure. The lesion starting coming up about 2-3 weeks after the sexual encounter.

                                    Brief Answer:
MOSTLY MOLLUSCUM.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for uploading image.
Above clinical feature is MOSTLY suggestive of Molluscum. It is a viral infection and transmitted through sexual contact. I suggest to observe the pattern of lesion for next 1-2 weeks whether it is clustered or single.
TREATMENT: Imiquimod is most effective drug with astringent (Cantharidin) and Salicylic acid.
Surgical option includes Cryosurgery with liquid nitrogen and Curette. Kindly, consult with dermatologist for proper management of the case.
Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.
Wish your good health and take care yourself.
Regards,
Dr Soumen

Thank you doctor, what is the likelihood of this lesion being an HPV wart? And if it is Molluscium or a wart, can this go away without treatment and are there any health issues regarding reproductivity that I should worry about? Thank you for your assistance.

FOLLOW THE ADVICE.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for follow up query.
1) It DOESN'T look like genital wart as they are more often found in clusters with irregular or rough margin. However, I suggest you to undergo HPV test yearly basis.
2) Treatment is often expectant management, simply waiting for the lesions to resolve spontaneously.
3) They are viral skin infection and seldom serious, routinely disappear without treatment. They DON'T cause any problem in reproductive organs.
Hope, it helps to understand properly and clear doubts. Kindly, close the discussion.
Good luck and all the best. You should avoid unprotected sex.
