Question : I can not pull back my foreskin without tearing the skin.

Difficulty in pulling the prepuce (foreskin) of penis and injuring it while retracting normally associated with Phimosis. It is due to the excess foreskin which prevents the normal retraction of the foreskin over the glans penis.
In case of difficult and painful intercourse, permanent cure is circumcision (minor surgery which involves the removal of excess foreskin and suturing) helps to relieve the painful retraction completely.
