Brief Answer: Please see details. Detailed Answer: Dear Madam Your blood sugar, kidney function, urine, complete hemogram and thyroid function are normal. SGOT and SGPT are marginally higher but are not alarming. Your lipid profile is within normal limits for your profile. Since you have normal readings of blood pressure with 10 mg of inderal (hope you are taking one tablet per day.), you does not seem to be having high blood pressure too. Lethargy is a known side effect of inderal but you are taking too low a dose. Your weight is 13 kg more than ideal weight for an Indian. Do try to reduce it. For headache and shoulder pain, you should consult your internist. This may be related to cervical spine pathology. Other possible reason for headache may be eye related problem. Your physician will be able to guide best after clinical examination. Hope that helps. Feel free to discuss if there is anything else. Sincerely Sukhvinder

Brief Answer: Please see below. Detailed Answer: Dear M'am Any level between 120/80 to 140/90 mmHg is not hypertension and do not require medicine. It is pre- hypertension and requires life style modification. These include weight reduction, cessation of smoking/ alcohol, low salt diet, exercise and stress management. You should not stop inderal on your own. Do consult your physician. Inderal at this dose is not likely to have any effect on your blood pressure. Sincerely Sukhvinder

Brief Answer: Please see details. Detailed Answer: Dear Madam There are a number of side effects which inderal can cause. However at this low dose they are unlikely. I will not enlist them as it will only confuse you. If you feel any new symptom, consult your doctor. Sincerely Sukhvinder
