Pre mature ejaculation can be easily solved, here are my suggestions

1. Pre mature ejaculation is most of the times because of increased sensitivity of the penis. Wear a double condome, you will last longer
2. Make your woman come on top, change in rhythm will help you last longer
3. Reduce foreplay
4. Start.. Stop..Start method is also effective. Start the intercourse, stop when you are just about to ejaculate... Continue foreplay.. Then re start again.
5. Your last resort should be medications.
