Question: Dear Sir,
I am32 yrs. old and am having grey hair/ hair loss problem for the last couple of years. Even my beard and chest hairs are greyed out to some extent. My question is how to remove white hairs from beard.

Welcome to the HCM.
First I would like to know , wether your family members have the same problem of premature graying of hairs.As it can run in families and cause can be hereditary.
There can be many other causes of graying of hairs prematurely and hair loss.For example.
1.Vitamin B12 deficiency.
2.Stress and anxiety for long period
3.previous history of severe
4.Anemia
5.improper diet or malnutrion
6.less protien in diet
To treat hair loss and graying , first you have to rule out the cause and treat accordingly.
I would suggest you to get Vitamin B12 blood level and complete blood count done first and liver function test with total albumin and protein level.
As you may need intramuscular or oral vitamin B12 supplement after knowing the report .or if there is deficiency of this vitamin.
To decrease hair loss and graying, taking care of diet can be helpfull. For example.. increase milk , eggs,and meat and fish in diet.
Avoid stress; for that regular exersise , yoga and enjoying different hobbies can be helpfull.
Some home remedies and multivitamin supplement could also help.But first cause should be known and treat accordingly.
