My 13 yr old son is suffering from severe joint pain, and migraines
no one can seem to figure out whats going on. MRI of head and SI Joints came back clear, blood work up did not show any arthritis. My son has Psoriasis.

I understand your concern. First thing which comes to mind after knowing his condition is psoriatic arthritis. This is hard to diagnose and differentiate from other arthritis.
A close physical examination and a negative rheumatoid factor test could support psoriatic arthritis. I am so sorry to say that there is no cure for it other than symptomatic relief with over the counter pain killers.
This pain might sometimes be absent and sometimes flare up just like psoriasis does. Applying ice pack for around 30 minutes on the sore area helps. Ask him to do control weight, eat healthy and do light exercises.
Good to know that is head MRI is clear. You can seek physician for prophylactic treatment for migraine once diagnosed.
