Question : hi sir, i do hand job regularly and one day i did around 10 times and exact 3 days i was with my girl friend and when I'm trying to have sex with her my penis did not get hard and i tried whole night but no result and was ended with disappointment. This happened almost 20 days ago from then i totally reduced the hand job but still I'm not getting normal. please give me solution because my girlfriend is asking for sex but I'm postponing with this issue.

It happens in number of patients. After premature ejaculation, this is the second most common sexual dysfunction in male. First of all, i want to tell about the basic mechanism that lead good erection. It include sexual thoughts, hormone and good penial circulation. When a person has sexual thoughts in mind, that lead to release of some hormone or chemical in body that increase circulation in penis. This lead to complete erection in penis. In absence of any of one, erection would be incomplete. In your case, i think, lack of erection may be due to underline anxiety, it is also called performance anxiety. Due to anxiety, you did not get proper erection. Remember one thing, sex depends upon sexual thoughts. If you do not maintain sexual thoughts, you would not get desire erection. Just follow few steps.. 1. Increase duration of foreplay. That would increase sexual urge and duration of sex. (Foreplay is also part of sex. Do not under estimate it.) 2. Try to do sex in different position like female on top, lateral position. That would help you to decrease your attention towards erection. Thank you for your answer sir. It used to be good before that day on which i did hand job so many times. Do frequent hand job reduces the erection? At present I'm not doing hand job but erection is taking place only early in the morning. sir, kindly say should i stop doing hand job for few days so that process become normal? As u said i was doing foreplay for many hours but i did not get full erection and it got like moderate erection once and i tried doing sex but i got out (i don't know the medical word) in 2 mins. Is there any way by which i can stop getting out soon and participate in sex for longer time? Thank you sir.

You can do it as many time as you want. It never leads to any harm effect on sex or erection. May be on that day due to underline anxiety you did not get desire erection. Thank you sir. As far as masturbation i completely stopped going that from that day. Erection is not that good when compared to before, may be I'm to much concentrating on that. Hope it goes well. Regarding ejaculation can you please explain in detail sir. Thank You.

Brief Answer: Premature ejaculation Detailed Answer: HI First of all, i would like to explain about premature ejaculation which means when a man experiences orgasm and expels semen soon after sexual activity and with minimal penile stimulation. Men's typical ejaculatory latency is approximately 5 minutes and that varies person to person. Ejaculation mainly depends upon excitement. If someone is too much excited at time of sex, then getting ejaculation within five minutes is normal. In your case, frequency of sex is not regular and may be due to excitement, you would not have able to control ejaculation first time and it happened so early. I think, there is nothing wrong in it. After getting discharge first time, carry on foreplay and that would help you to maintain excitement for second time. Definitely, you would get longer duration during second attempt or so on. You said, you do masturbation number of time a day. If you compare the duration of first attempt with last attempt, you would feel the difference. Same thing is in sex.
