Brief Answer:
Please upload photos of the lesions

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
Both staphylococci and E. Coli are bacteria and in most cases they respond to antibiotics.
What makes you feel that you have not got rid of them.
The itching is often produced by fungal infection and I would be able to answer better if you could send me a picture of the lesion.
The most important thing is that you don't get panicky but tackle the problems as they come.
Have you checked your blood sugar and HIV status ? If you have any condition that decreases your immunity, it is a reason for frequent infections.
Take care,
Dr Noble Zachariah

Brief Answer:
Please send culture report.

Detailed Answer:
Please send me the latest urine culture report and if it shows a significant infection, I can suggest.
For your skin lesion, you can apply Bactroban cream locally on the sores. That will take care of a bacterial infection.
For itching you can take a tablet of Hydroxyzine at night.
