Large hemorrhoids may produce irritation of the surrounding skin and thus itchiness around the anus but bleeding is generally present along with these. Since you do not give anty history of bleeding it is unlikely to be hemorrhoids . You will need to see a surgeon for this as Hemorrhoids are typically diagnosed by physical examination .
