Question : I'm a 61 year old male. I'm having problems with getting and keeping an erection. My doctor prescribed XXXXXXX Which works sometimes. I exercise daily 30 to 60 minutes when my work schedule permits. I work from home for a healthcare software company. I've job stress and family stress. I usually have a beer after I run or ride and wine with dinner. I've asked my doctor about changing from XXXXXXX to a different medicine. He has told me these drugs are all the same. Also I take 2 tamsulosin 0.4 mg tabs nightly.

My question if I see a urologist can he help me regain my sex life and change my health?

Consulting a urologist may be good idea

Detailed Answer:
Hello

yes, consultation with a urologist may be helpful but to me, most probable reason for your problem is stress. Other could be low testosterone level. you have to adopt strategies for stress management . I think, though mechanism of action is same, other PDE-5 maybe more effective .
