Brief Answer:
Botox and other medical options are there.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and agree that the diagnosis in your case is focal dystonia, a condition similar to writer's cramp.

Botox injection is the best treatment, however, I have noted that it has not worked in your case. This could be due to inadequate/incorrect dose of botox or due to not selecting the correct muscles for injections.

In Bengal, you could consult Dr XXXXXXX Kumar at INS XXXXXXX who is an expert for treating this condition.

Among medications, you have already tried pacitane. Other alternative is revocon (tetrabenazine). You can take it at a dose of 25 mg two-three times per day.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
