Brief Answer:
It could be because of stimulation of upper teeth roots in maxillary sinus.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

This strange gum sensation in up upper front gum might not be associated with the deviated nasal septum . But it could be because of stimulation of upper teeth roots in maxillary sinuses .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Investigation like CT Scan nose & sinuses to study upper teeth roots , deviated septum & sinuses status .

Till then i would advice continue steroid nose spray along-with saline nasal spray or rinse .

You can revert back to me with report .

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
