Question : why is that sometimes I have more urge in sex and sometimes I don't feel, even while watching porn., please advice Doctor!!!

Brief Answer: Sexual urge fluctuate due to many factors. Detailed Answer: Hello, Thanks for your query. I appreciate your efforts for medical consultation in so much distress. In routine life sexual urge/desire (Libido) depend on several factors. Due to that intensity of libido keep on fluctuating. It is complex interplay of several factors. Sexual urge decrease by: -Stress, anxiety and low mood: Most common cause of fluctuation in libido in routine life. -Tiredness and low energy levels. -Alcohol. -Recent sexual act. -Recent sexual or masturbation act (less than 1-2 days). -Hormonal changes, diabetes, high cholesterol and hypertension. Sexual urge increase by: -Absence of above factors. -Prolong sexual abstinence (more than 2 days). -Recent coffee/chocolate use -Attractive look of partner by different dressing and romantic environment.
