Question : I have been experiencing intermittent, severe stabbing pain in my lower left back for 12+ hours. Hard to move and get comfortable. Deep breaths can be difficult.
Brief Answer:
Seems like pinched nerve.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It looks like you may be experiencing a pinched nerve in your back.
Continue using Naproxen but also you can add paracetamol 500mg, every 4 hours, if Naproxen is not enough.
Also, you can apply a local analgesic, and massage gently.
Bed rest is not recommended, so moving as much as you can is good. Stop if feel pain. Don't overuse.
If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor who can examine you and perform needed tests.
Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.
