Nubiotix isnatural herbal product that have Lactobacillus which are bacterias necessary for normal bowel function and it stabilizes digestion. So it may help with bloating,abdominal cramps, constipation and lactose intolerance. However it cant replace healthy diet which should include more often but smaller meals, more boiled food and fruit. you should avoid pasta, fried food, alcohol, sweets and gas producing vegetables such as broccoli or bean. Also, it will not lead to weight loss.
