my orthopedic surgeon prescribed me depura 5ml 60000 iu stat in one dose once a month forever.is this safe for me? my one kidney is removed by surgery due to cancer.

My lab test results for vit D are total vit D: 14.7 ng/ml.so is the dose of depura liquid 60000 iu stat in once a month forever a correct dose for me?
