Question : I was taking paroexetine 12.5 cr for depresssion. Now I have been asked to double the dose.Do I take it once a day or spiit? is morning time ok?

Paroxetine is often sedative so it will be appropriate if you take your prescribed dose at night time. The half life of the paroxetine is more than 24 hours. I mean to say that even single time dosing covers your day and you do not need to take 25 mg in divided dosages.
