Question : I seem to have read somewhere about a connection between orgasm and heart attack for ladies with spina bifida.I have a lady friend with this condition and am somewhat concerned. As a result I tend to be very careful
when we are together. Any informationyou have would be gratefully received.

I have noted the details and would like to reassure you that there is no correlation between orgasm and heart attack in a person with spina bifida.

In fact, sex and orgasm are good "exercises" and over a period of time, reduce the chances of heart attacks.
