Brief Answer:
Can be breast tissue located in axilla

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think she may need to do an ultrasound of the axilla to check what type of tissue it is.
Taking count that it changes with menstrual cycle I believe it can be breast tissue located in axilla .
The only way of treatment is surgery.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
