Question : What is the treatment side effects of poisioning .i had an accidental intake of di chloro ISO cynurate , due to inadequate / proper treatment my kidneys shows perfusion defects and pain , there is internal bleeding from bladder .what is the diagnosis for internal bleeding from bladder.what is the treatment. I am very worried pls suggest"

Hi,

I do not think improper treatment for Household poisons like dicholor Iso cynurate would cause such a trouble to the urinary bladder. Dicholor Iso cynurate would only harm the skin, irritate the mucosa of the nose, mouth and air ways. Hence I would not exactly relate the bleeding from the bladder to it.

Now we need to understand the reason for bladder and go back retrospectively to find the causes. A Urologist would be the right person to do it, do some tests. How much is the bleed? where exactly is the bleed? How did you know that kidney perfusion is compromised?
