Question : I would like to know the difference between regular Coconut oil and Virgin Coconut oil. And which is preferred to be regularly used on your hairs. Also, which coconut oil brand is more preferred in terms of quality?

It is good as diet.

For topical application any kind of coconut oil can be used.

It's better if you use virgin coconut oil for cooking.
