Question : hi,
My baby weighs 5.4 kgs. I have given her 2.5ml of dolopar -125 post vaccination. is that corect dosage?

Dose of paracetamol is 10 to 15 mg /kg per dose.
So you can give give her dolopar 2.5 ml every 4 to 6 hourly for baby weighing 5.4 kg.
Dolopar contains 125mg of paracetamol in each 5ml.
