Brief Answer:
good for inflammation

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you fr your question.
It really depends upon the type of reaction to bee stings that you had. If you had a severe anaphylactic reaction to a bee sting (severe shortness of breath) then you should not use bee products at all. You would especially not want to use propolis because it contains proteins that could trigger another anaphylactic reaction.
If the reaction you had was a local reaction like swelling at the site of the sting then it would be fine for you to take propolis. It has antioxidant and antiinflammatory properties and has been used therapeutically for centuries.
If you decide it is okay for you to try propolis, start with 100 mg daily and after a few weeks you could go up to 200 mg daily. Try to get propolis from local bees for the most effective response.
