Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
For delaying your menses, tab regesterone 5mg can be started from day 22 of your cycle daily twice a day till as long as you wish to delay your menses.
Once decided to stop, the withdrawal bleeding should get initiated in next 5-7 days.
