For Toxoplasmosis Rovamycin (Spiramycin) dosage is: 3-MIU Tablet: Starting Dose: 1 tab 3 times daily.
Usual Dose: 2-4 tabs daily, divided into 2 dosages.
It should be taken according to your treating doctor recomended one.
