Sporanox also called itraconazole has indications for multiple illnesses. Arachnoiditis if confirmed to be fungal then needs a systemic infection dose of antifungals. However fungal arachnoiditis is very unlikely without any immune deficiency disorder.

if confirmed by the doctors to be fungal arachnoiditis then you will need sporanox with 200 mg every 8 hours a day for at least 3 to 6 months. let your doctor decide what is best for you.
