Brief Answer:
Following advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Although your BP is slightly elevated you shouldn't have to raise the medication dose for the moment.

If you were my patient I would recommend todo the following measures:
- reduce salt intake
- don't drink more than a glass of wine per day
- increase physical activity
- loose weigh
- stop smoking

If your BP will persist to be high and since you are taking the optimal dose of atenolol and HCTZ I would suggest to add amlodipine to your therapy. This is to maximise the effect with few side effects.

However you should discuss with your doctor about adding another pill (Amlodipine) your actual treatment.

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
