Question : i have afib and had astroke with ouy any syntoms i take warfern and would like to know if my inr was 3.3 would make me go in to afib my range 2.3

INR is a blood parameter to evaluate the dosage of Warfarin. The acceptable levels should be 2-3. If the level will be 3.3, then, I recommend to reduce the actual dosage of Warfarin.

If the INR level is 2.3, it is within acceptable level, so, you can continue using the actual dosage of Warfarin and keep monitoring the INR level.
