Question : I have been on Imipenem-Cilastatiin for the past 8 weeks. I still have severe vomiting with and following the dose although I am on Zofran , half tablet before infusions. Is there anything else I should do? Thank you.

I understand your concern.
Half a tablet may not be sufficient for you. Make it one tablet to be taken 1 hour before the infusion. If vomiting persists it would be better to check kidney and liver functions.
