Question : Homepathy - I am 34 years old male. I have problem with insomnia. Someone suggested coffea cruda. I have got a 11ml bottle 30CH. I dont know how to take it. Can someone help.

Coffea cruda is well known medicine for insomnia.
You may take 4 pills or 2 drops on the tongue at 6 pm and 9 pm after the dinner.
You may also take passiflora indica Q 10 drops with half cup of water before sleeping at night.

Can i mix coffea cruda drops in little water and then take it as drops on tongue are very bitter.

How many days do you think coffea cruda starts showing the effect. I have been taking sleeping pills for a long time. Can i get off them?

Hello

Within 4 to 5 days the effect of medicine will appear. Do not stop sleeping pills at once. Decrease the dose gradually and then stop. Otherwise you could have withdrawal effect.
