PRIMOLUT-N should be taken twice daily for 5 days to induce period. You will get a withdrawal bleeding like period within 5-7 days of stopping them.

In addition, you should avoid mental stress, keep bowel habit regular, take healthy diet, drink more water and need sound sleep. These are much needed to induce period effectively.
