Brief Answer:
Give 2.5ml along with Paracetamol
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern
This might be a flu/viral upper respiratory infection. If she is otherwise playful and feeding well, we need not worry. You can give her T minic syrup 2.5ml 3 times daily, along with Paracetamol suspension(250mg/5ml) 3ml 3 times daily. Use saline nasal drops if needed to decongest nose.
With these measures, she will be back to normal in 3-5 days. If not, we can evaluate further.
I hope this answer will help
Let me know if I can assist you further
