Question : Hello Doctor, My Girlfriend and i had sex on the very next day of her periods stopped. And we had unprotected sex thinking we are in the safe time window, but now im worried if we are safe or not so she took an Ipill. And we had unprotected sex again after 5-6 hours of taking an Ipill thinking ipill is in effect. Is it? still in effect? or do we need another one?

NO NEED TO REPEAT DOSAGE.

THanks for writing to us with your health concern.
If you had unprotected sex within 5 - 6 hours of taking an I pill, there is no need to repeat the dosage.
The first pill protects you for 72 hours.
So please stop worrying, as such, pregnancy is very unlikely on the very next day after periods stop.
