Question : can you advise as to efficacy of CBD oils and other products (no thc) for sleep aid? joint pain? i am a terrible sleeper and hear this could help and is legal

i do have a stressful life as a lawyer. i habe struggled with sleep for a long time - long before becoming a lawyer. i am a habitual worrier too. i am very interested in cbd but it is not a typical medicine and dont want to use it without some knowledge.
