It depends on the condition of his heart and kidney and his blood sugars.

Heart condition is assessed by a parameter called Ejection fraction which is seen in test called Echo. Kindly let me know his ejection fraction.

Kidney condition is assessed by a test called Serum Creatinine . Kindly let me know his recent Serum creatinine levels and also his daily urine output.

Also let me know his blood sugar levels , whether he is ambulatory or not and whether he gets breathless at rest or when hr walks for short distance.
