Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

In usual clinical scenario,a person who is in coma with a large intracerebral bleed is not expected to survive for long.Possibly a few days.
However, rarely patient may survive with persistent comatose state for long, even for months.
In rare circumstances,a patient may recover from comatose state,to some extent.

If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
