Brief Answer:
The work up is not complete.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear.
Welcome to HCM.

i have seen the reports. The work up in your mother's case is not complete. Iam not convinced that this is the metastasis from gall bladder as gall bladder appears normal in the ct abdomen report. In a case of metastatic malignancy of liver , possible source of primary lesion can be
Ca breast
Gastrointestinal tract
Hepatobiliary tract.

Just on the basis of FNA it is extremely difficult to say that it is from gall bladder.
She requires following investigations
PETCT whole body, mammogram/MRI breast both
Upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy
Tumor markers : CA 19.9, CEA , CA 125
A biopsy is required from liver lesions followed by IHC test on it.
It may turn our to be primary of gall bladder but at present there is insufficient evidence from your reports that it is of gall bladder.
Hence without proving it from gall bladder i do not support this treatment also.
Please get these investigations done and revert back.

Thanks and regards
