Valley fever is a fungal infection. Acute Valley fever and patients who are toxic receive intra venous Fluconazole ( anti funga infection) for 14 days followed by oral fluconazole for 3 months.
There are no over the counter or home remedies for valley fever. Please see a infectious disease specialist or a physician as soon as possible.
