Question : What happens to white blood cell count with spleen lymphoma ?
Brief Answer:
High white blood cell count
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Patients having spleen lymphoma will have a high white blood cell count ranging 15,000 cells/mcL or higher.
Since lymphoma is a cancer of the lymphocytes which is a type of white blood cell a high lymphocyte count would be a strong indicator of lymphoma.
Cancerous cells are found in the lymph and marrow in spleen lymphoma.
