Brief Answer:
Hello dear. The prognosis is not good.

Detailed Answer:
hello dear. Welcome to HCM. I have gone through the details. The liver lesion is most likely a metastatic lesion and should be considered as stage 4 disease .
However it can only be confirmed after a biopsy of the liver lesion. Esophageal lesion is also advanced.
If ther patient is up and above and is moving around, that is if the physical condition is good , only then some form of chemotherapy canbe planned. Otherwise ina very weak patient who cannot take self care, it will be difficult to deliver chemo.
Prognosis is bad in stage 4 disease.Average survival is upto 1 to 2 years with treatment.
Hope it works for you.
feel free to ask further.
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. It is a metastatic disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. It is a stage 4 disease almost sure . However, It can only be proven by a biopsy or fnac from liver (no other methods). The only treatment at this stage will be chemotherapy. If we do not give chemotherapy then the disease will further progress causing extensive disease in the lungs as well as it will spread to other places. He may develop , jaundice, infections, weight loss and difficulty in swallowing .
Hope you understand

Brief Answer:
If the person is XXXXXXX chemo can be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear.

If the person can take care of self , that is if he is able to perform daily activities like self bathing , wearing clothes , is XXXXXXX then chemo can be done. Chemotherapy is decided according to the weight height and physical condition of the patient and the dose varies from patient to patient. In a fit patient usual doses are used, in a thin weak patient low doses are used. Chemotherapy benefits in the way that it prolongs survival and maintains quality of life. However, decision to start chemo can only be taken after seeing the patient in person. If you wish to take a face in face opinion you can contact me at my clinic.

Thanks and regards
