Question : My my girlfriend and I had sex on November 8th and I accidentally ejaculated in her. We went to get her a plan b before the 24hrs was up. The problem is she says that she may have already ovulated in November 5th based on her period tracker app. My question is what is the likelihood that she is pregnant or not?

If the egg has ovulated and is fertilized, plan B usually works by preventing the egg to attach to the womb.
Plan B is not always successful.
So, there is a chance of pregnancy even after taking plan B.
The probability that plan B is successful is usually around 89%.
If she does not have the period for a week, there is a chance of pregnancy.
In this case, she should do a pregnancy test.

Well if she did indeed ovulate on the 5th, doesn’t that mean that the egg has died already before we did anything? Doesn’t that mean that she is not able to get pregnant after that?
