Question : what is the maximum amount prescribed of nortriptyline? Is this considered a psychotropic medication? Why didn't my Doctor explain this to me when he prescribed it

Hi,

Both together is not the best combination. You could get the excitatory system over activated leading to a storm with elevated temperature, hypertension, palpitations, etc. We strongly don't advise this.
