Question : Hi. I toke a 200mg ibuprofen 3h ago. It's better, but i was wondering when can i take a new one? Thank you.

If you are a normally built person and without any liver or kidney disease you can take a tablet now because you can take 400 mg as a single dose every 6 to 8 hours.
