What Is The Minimum Time Which Should Elapse Between Doses Of Paracetamol?

Question: what is the minimum time which should elapse between doses of paracetamol within the daily regime of 4 x 2 per day? I am taking paracetamol to help with pain control for late stage pancreatic cancer and sometimes I'm late with a dose.

You should leave atleast 4 hours between the doses of paracetamol. So, if you are very close (less than 4 hours)to the next scheduled dose, you can just skip the missed dose and take the next dose at the scheduled time. If you have 4 or more hours left to take the next dose, go ahead and take the missed dose right now and take the future doses as scheduled.
