Brief Answer:
further evaluation required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I can understand your concerns.

Postmenopausal bleeding is a serious problem.

You need to get a detailed examination of the cervix to rule out cervical erosion.

An ultrasound examination is required to check endometrial hyperplasia or signs of any other pathologies.

This could also be due to simple variation in hormonal levels.

Please let me know If You need any more help.

Regards
