Brief Answer:
140/90mmHg

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The normal blood pressure for anyone is anything below 140/90mmHg, which means that your systolic blood pressure should be up to 140mmHg and your diastolic blood pressure should be up to 90mmHg.

Certain disorders may make dictate more strict limits. For example a patient with an aortic aneurysm will have to keep his systolic blood pressure below 120-125mmHg to minimize the risk for complications. Patients with congestive heart failure may deteriorate when their blood pressure rises, so individual limits might have to be set by the treating doctor.

Age has nothing to do with the acceptable blood pressure limits!

I hope I've answered your query! Please let me know if you need more information or any clarification.
