I have read your question and below is my answer.
The normal reference range for different hematopoietic cells are as follow.
Neutrophils : 40-70%
Lymohocytes : 20-40%
Monocyte :2-10%
Eosinophils : 1-6%
Basophil :0-1%
The attached screen shot is differential wbc count in peripheral blood smear.
It is not bone marrow examination report. In bone marrow report, Metamyelocytes, myelocytes, NRBC also seen and myeloid to erythroid ratio is 3:1 in that normally.
In your attached report monocytes are slightly elevated. No other major abnormal finding present.
