Brief Answer:
AS BELOW

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
There is no normal ' range ' for these tests.
Basically, some blood chemicals are measued.
Then a comprehensive report is provided, considering maternal age, weeks of pregnancy, risk factors etc.
THen cut off values are given.
THe normal population has a certain cut off.
If the total risk from all factors exceeds this cut off ( say normal risk is 1 in 500, but after measurement, risk if 1 in 100 women ), then you will be offered genetic tests.
How many weeks pregnant are you ?
Generally at the age when quadruple test is done, there would be the scope for doing Amniocentesis, wherein a sample of amniotic fluid ( fluid around the baby ) is withdrawn and then tested for Downs syndrome .
Was your scanning done along with the dual test.
What was the nuchal translucency ( NT ) value ?
Also, please upload the dual test report.
As I said, just numbers of B HCG and PAPPA do not mean anything, what matters is the risk cut off value provided in the report.
Given the medical history, there is no way of predicting what would happen.
If there is indeed risk of Downs syndrome, the quadruple marker will corroborate the dual test.
IF not, then you would have conflicting reports and you can then be reassured.
Regarding the best place for a delivery in XXXXXXX Cloud Nine hospitals is good, as is The Cradle ( apollo ).
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
