Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern and I have viewed the images.
He seems to have Infected Eczematous Dermatitis (IED}. I suggest him to take an oral antihistamine e.g levocetrizine 5mg tablet once daily for 10 days. In addition I suggest an oral antibiotic e.g either Amoxicillin or Cephalexin for a week. Topically I suggest application of a topical steroid and antibiotic combination cream e.g clobetasol propionate 0.05 %and Gentamycin/Neomycin cream (Clop G cream or Tenovate Gn cream), twice daily. These are prescription medications and I advice you to kindly talk to your local practitioner for a prescription of the same. Recurrences may happen in patients who are allergy prone. Regular use of a moisturizer over hands and feet and avoiding repeated washing /soaps etc may help.
