Question : What is the problem if I feel one of my testicles and it's smaller than the other, and I am also experiencing pelvic and lower stomach pain?

* As per my clinical experience, size discrepancy between testicles may be related to - Physiological difference.
- Varicocele ( enlarged , dilated veins ).
- Lump as Epididymal Cyst
- Testicular Tumor.

1. Is there pain in testicles ?
2. Can you feel any different type lump on either size of scrotum ?
3. Do you feel more discomfort when standing ?
4. Is pelvic pain persistent or intermittent?
